Mark has 30 years of industrial experience in software testing ranging from test management to test techniques and test automation. In the last two decades Mark has provided consultancy and training in software testing, and has published papers and co-authored two books with Dorothy Graham, "Software Test Automation” and “Experiences of Test Automation”. He is a popular speaker at national and international conferences and seminars, and has won the Mercury BTO Innovation in Quality Award.
