Crowdtesting: real users involved. How to do, when and why?

Crowdtesting is a new testing methodology which is quick and easily scalable. It can be used for functional testing and also for user experience testing. The main idea is to involve real users to do the tests with their own devices in their own environment. But there is more in it: you can get feedback from your end users, and involve them from the very beginning of the development process. In this presentation you can get answers for these questions: What are the best practices, when to use this methodology and when not to use? How to set up such a project? What can we expect from a crowdtesting project?
